N/A Vintage Dinner Plates (2) 9 Inches with Pink & Blue Flowers / Roses

Pair of Vintage Dinner Plates, 9 Inches with Pink & Blue Flowers / Roses I have no idea how old these are. Please review the pictures closely, one plate is in really good condition, the other has a few issues mostly on the underside. There is no maker marks. I have another 2 sets of salad plates listed separately.
