Capsule Plarail Thomas Neville

This is the extremely rare Capsule Plarail Thomas the Tank Engine Neville.

Operation has been confirmed.

Overall, there is no noticeable signs of use, but there are some minor scratches.
Some parts have been repainted due to paint peeling.
