All vehicles have been tested. Even those that do not move will be included. I believe they can still be enjoyed sufficiently when connected together.
My child played with these every day with great enthusiasm.
I would like to pass them on to someone who understands that there may be scratches and dirt.

However, as these are used items, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about their condition. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
