Plarail Splatter Middle Car Thomas

This is a Plarail splatter.

I received this from an acquaintance, so I don't know when it was purchased, but I believe it's about 15-20 years old.

I'm not very familiar with Plarail, so I don't know its original condition.
There may be missing parts, so please check the photos.

There is rust and scratches from play.
I wiped it with alcohol, but there are some areas where the dirt could not be removed.

The wheel rotation has been confirmed.
The rubber on the wheels appears to be deteriorated.

As it is an old item, there is deterioration due to age.
