This is a collared cut-and-sew top from Hiromichi Nakano, designed for maternity wear.
It has a shirt-blouse-like design, but is made from stretchy cut-and-sew fabric.
The color is a subdued purple.

Worn once for a short period and then stored for a long time.

3 of the covered buttons are missing.
2 on the collar, 1 on the right sleeve.
1 on the left sleeve is coming off.
There is 1 spare button.
I believe it can still be worn if you replace the buttons.
