Singer Vintage Ruffler Sewing Machine Foot‎ Attachment

Vintage Ruffler Sewing Machine Foot Attachment Unsure of the brand, but appears to be a generic low shank ruffler foot attachment. Selling as untested. Could do with a cleaning but all parts articulate manually. Open to offers!
