Unused Large Furoshiki (Wrapping Cloth) - Acanthus Pattern - Meiji Life Insurance - Edo Dye - Mitsukoshi - 100% Cotton
This is a large Edo-dyeing furoshiki (wrapping cloth) that I received from Meiji Life.
It is unused and has been stored at home.
It was kept in its box in a Japanese chest of drawers, but I am selling it because I have no opportunity to use it.
The design of the furoshiki features acanthus, with the beautiful leaf shape listed as being used in the decorations of Greek architecture.
I think it would be good as a furoshiki, a tablecloth, or as material for remaking.
Thank you.
Approximately 89cm x 87cm
Material...100% cotton
Color...Olive green
Design...Acanthus
The furoshiki will be folded and shipped.
