German Antique Victorian Figural Spill Vase Girl With Basket Hand Painted Gold Trim DEP

Lovely Victorian Figural spill vase featuring a young lady descending a set of steps with a large basket on her back. Dressed in pink with gold gilt shoes and matching pink head cover. Unidentified makers mark that appears to be a small f merged or intertwined with a large S, followed by the numbers 12182 and DEP, which usually indicates either German deponiert or French depose meaning registered. Will update if/when I am able to identify the maker. If you know, please message me because its driving me crazy!
