Vintage Vintage Colorful Seahorse Tropical Fantasy Picture Frame Tourist Gift Shop Flori

This vintage colorful picture frame was sold in tourist shops in Florida in the 1990’s. 3D Seahorses surround the glassed area that holds a 4” X 6” photo. It was marketed as a Tropical Fantasy picture frame by the Papel Giftware Company. I am not sure what it is made of (ceramic? Resin?)but it is in excellent condition and feels very strong and sturdy. It is 9 1/2”W X 7 1/2”H and weighs 1.2 lbs. Please look at all photos as they are a part of this description. All items are hand selected, and described to the best of my ability. Please ask any questions prior to purchase.
