Seiko Seiko Sportura Chronograph Watch 7L22-0AD0 Vintage (Needs new capacitor)

Needs new capacitor, it runs now but second hand ticks twice in a row indicating it needs a new capacitor, its a $20 part that can easily be replaced on your own or done at a watch store. I am just too busy to do it so reducing price for this reason some scratches and signs of use on the watch. still has original band on it!
