Vintage Antique Sterling Silver Unisex Ring w/Unknown Symbol- Size 11

Unusual, very old Antique Sterling Silver Unisex Ring w/Unknown Symbol. Anyone with information on on the symbol is welcome to chime in! I believe it's from Romania, however other than being European, I'm unsure about the exact origin. In excellent antique condition.
