This is a rare cloth tatopaper type item.
Like paper tatopaper, you wrap the kimono by overlapping the cloth on all four sides.

Unlike paper, it is not stiff and gently wraps kimonos and obi sashes. It can be used for storing or carrying kimonos, obi sashes, etc. Since it is made of cloth, it can be folded compactly when not in use.

*There are stains due to long-term storage. There are also areas where fraying has been repaired. I believe it is fine for wrapping.
