King KG 1950s West German King Regula IP.a Film Camera

Vintage Mid-Century Time Capsule! 1954 King Regula IP.a 35mm film camera. Made in West Germany by the legendary King KG factory, this camera features incredible mid-century industrial design, bright chrome accents, and premium mechanical craftsmanship. Built with precision Prontor-SV shutter and f2.8 Steinheil Munchen lens. The lens glass is remarkably clear and clean with no cloudiness or mold. The body is in remarkable condition. Note on functionality: While it looks like it rolled off the assembly line yesterday, it has been sitting in a closet for decades. The mechanical shutter fires perfectly at fast speeds, but gets sticky at slow speeds. It either needs a quick internal oiling by a camera hobbyist to shoot film, or it is ready to be the ultimate premium decor piece for your bookshelf, studio, or vintage display!
