Bag-in-bag with floral pattern

I purchased this item and used it a few times, but my tastes have changed, so I've been storing it.

There's a sticky note inserted in one of the pockets; there are many pockets.
In the 8th photo, there's a stain that looks like it's from a pen; it's about 1cm square.
In the 9th photo, the original handle has been cut off, and this is the current state.
