I wore this extensively during my final month of pregnancy and even during my hospital stay after giving birth (late October). The hospital gowns provided were only long-sleeved, so... lol.
Therefore, there are signs of wear.
There is some pilling and fuzz, but I didn't notice any stains or dirt.
The waistband is adjustable, so you can use this for a long time, both before and after childbirth. :)
