This is a men's Oshima Tsumugi kimono.
It shows little sign of use and is in beautiful condition.
There is one small hole on the back of the left sleeve,
but it is almost unnoticeable (photos 8, 9).
The fabric is smooth silk with a traditional tortoise shell pattern.
