Avon Avon vintage "Dad's pride and Joy" picture frame 1982

Made by Fostoria for Avon in 1982 clear glass heavy picture frame/ paperweight. It comes with box which has a template for cutting pictures in the D part of the frame. Nice idea but not quite sure how functional. Cute though and in great condition. Box has wear.
