*Regarding strap replacement: The Cafe Zori and Hanao Sandal (Hanao Zori) series are designed so that the straps cannot be replaced as there is no adjustment opening on the sole. We can create custom-made straps from scratch to fit your preferences. (Traditional zori have an opening on the sole to adjust the strap fit, but this allows moisture to enter, making them problematic for wear on rainy days. Cafe Zori have no adjustment opening on the sole and are made of polymer material, making them resistant to moisture and suitable for wear even on rainy days.)
