School Uniform One-Touch Tie (Hectone)

I bought this at a kimono shop for my uniform, thinking I had lost my tie, but I found it, so I no longer need it (crying).
It attaches directly to the shirt, it's a one-touch tie (see image 2).
The retail price was 2605 yen.

I only took it out of the bag for the photo.

It seems like a waste to throw it away,
so I was wondering if someone could use it?
