Vintage Hand Painted Victorian Roses Saucer Trinket Dish Bavaria Signed

Beautiful small dish is gold rimmed and has very expertly done pink roses, hand painted and signed by the artist. Signature is illegible to me. It is shown in the photographs, measurement in photograph.
