This is a handmade Goshuincho case (fukusa) made by an amateur.
It is made from Japanese patterned cotton fabric.
Interfacing is also used.

It can hold two large-sized Goshuincho (18cm x 12cm).

It can also hold large shugi-bukuro (gift envelopes).
