Pilot 4+1 Wood Ballpoint Pen & Mechanical Pencil

I haven't had a chance to use it and it's been stored in its container, but I seem to have lost the instruction manual.

It is new and unused, but has been stored at home.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about this.

I will ship it as is in a bag and envelope. If you are concerned about the case cracking, I can pack it with cushioning material, but this will increase the thickness and cost an additional 300 yen.
Please let me know in the comments if you would like this option.
