Rare! Crystal Glass Vase Flower Base Cut Glass Vintage

I love crystal glass and have collected a lot, but this is a crystal glass with a flower design I've rarely seen before. The carving around the flowers is very deep, creating a bumpy, textured surface.

Is it Bohemian, Eastern European, or German?

This crystal glass vase features intricate cuts and a thick construction that creates a brilliant ambiance through light reflection.
