Working condition, Hamtaro Pink Electric Pencil Sharpener, Rare, Heisei Retro

This is likely from 2001.
It appears to have an over-shaving prevention feature.

There are some sun fading and stains.
I have home-cleaned it as much as possible.

The operation has been confirmed,
but please understand that this is a very old item.
