The plastic body has discoloration, and the metal parts have rust.
There is a crack on the bottom, and tape marks, etc.
The rubber non-slip part on the bottom does not seem to be very deteriorated (the rubber is not sticky) and appears to function as a non-slip.

It can sharpen pencils.
However, hexagonal pencils sharpen smoothly, but round pencils catch slightly (they can still be sharpened).
