The Emonnuki has two parts to thread the waist tie through, allowing the Emon to be adjusted.

The parts for threading the waist tie and belt are wide
and made to provide stability on both sides.

I believe it can be adjusted to fit various body types.

*We recommend using waist ties made of non-slip materials (100% cotton, silk, or muslin).
This is because slippery materials can easily become loose.

The length is designed to be easy to adjust in case of kimono coming undone, such as when using the restroom.
This is not a slip-on type collar.

Cotton waist ties are available.
