Stir-fries! Miso soup! Oden!
Boiled shoots can also be stored at room temperature!

We harvest daily and ship freshly picked shoots in the morning.
We will ship at room temperature with ◎free shipping◎.
We have studied various methods to ensure customers nationwide receive the products in the best possible condition.
With the advice of experts, we have made it possible to deliver them in good condition even with rising temperatures in the latter half of last year.
We ship the same day's harvest using oxygen absorbers, anti-aging hormone adsorbents, and freshness-preserving bags.

While room temperature shipping does not guarantee freshness, (however, considering the nationwide free shipping, this is the most attractive option for affordability) we believe you will receive them without any problems even with room temperature shipping.

For those who wish to receive products in perfect condition, we are selling them via cool delivery on our Mercari shop. Please check it out:

Please note that we pack and ship the shoots as soon as they are harvested. Freshly harvested Nemagaritake will release moisture.
We include extra, but some moisture may be lost over time.

We carefully select the shoots, but insect damage may be present in unseen areas.
Please understand that a few may be mixed in.

Please note that we are not a commercial vendor.
There may be minor issues or points of concern, but we harvest, select, and ship with care.

We kindly ask for purchases only from those who understand this.
