Takana (Mustard Greens) Nukazuke (Rice Bran Pickles) ☆ 350g x 3 packs
We specialize in pickling high-quality takana (mustard greens) from Nagasaki Prefecture.
The takana harvested in March and October each year are pickled in our nuka (rice bran) bed for a full year.
The賞味期限 (best before date) is one month after removing from the nuka bed.
We ship them immediately after removing them from the nuka bed.
Rinse off the nuka and soak in water for about 40 minutes to remove excess salt (adjust saltiness to your preference).
You can roll them as is to make takana onigiri (rice balls).
Finely chop them and eat them as is.
They are also delicious served over ochazuke (rice with green tea).
They taste even better when stir-fried with oil.
Also great as a side for ramen.
Shipping will be via RakuRaku Mercari Bin.
Shipping costs are covered by the seller.
★We offer discounts for multiple purchases, so please feel free to contact us via comments.
