Emergency Portable Lightweight Drawstring Pouch, Orange, Swan Brand, Unused Item

This is an emergency preparedness drawstring bag made by SWAN INC., found during a home decluttering.
It is believed to be an accessory from a disaster preparedness kit received several years ago, but it has been stored unused and unopened in a dark place.

This appears to be a custom-made (not for sale) item for corporations and local governments, not sold individually in general shops.
It is made by SWAN, a long-established bag manufacturer in Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture, known as the city of bags, so it is well-constructed.

The bright orange color with white cross marks and lettering makes it easily identifiable as a disaster preparedness item, even during power outages or at evacuation centers.
