Bamboo shoots were harvested, pre-boiled, and then sent to a canning facility the following day.
We use #4 cans.

As these are natural bamboo shoots, they vary in appearance (white, greenish, thick, thin). However, each can contains more than the commercially sold products (approx. 250g).
You may notice a white substance on the bamboo shoots. This is an amino acid called tyrosine and is safe to consume as is. If you prefer, you can rinse it off.
