?? 5 Lotus Honey Sticks - Raw Honey - Homemade Honey
◆ Lotus Honey 250g x 5 bottles
We are beekeepers who travel with our bees in search of nectar, a practice known as migratory beekeeping.
This is our homemade honey, freshly harvested from the foot of Mt. Daisen in Tottori Prefecture.
It is raw honey, never heated, simply strained and filtered using traditional manual methods. Honey harvested at its peak ripeness has a rich flavor.
[Lotus Honey]
Known as the king of honeys, lotus honey is characterized by its golden luster due to its abundant pollen content.
It has a subtle floral aroma from the lotus flower and an elegant, mellow sweetness.
Recommended for yogurt, toast, pancakes, tea, coffee, smoothies, baking, and cooking.
Also great for making honey ion water, honey-soaked nuts, plum wine, honey-ginger preserves, honeyed citrus like yuzu, quince, sudachi, kabosu, kumquat, and honey lemon!
Additive-free honey, unprocessed honey, raw honey, unheated honey
* Unlike honey mixed with sugar or corn syrup, raw honey is more prone to crystallization (a sign of genuine honey that turns white and solidifies) when the temperature drops.
* Compared to heat-treated honey, unheated honey contains active enzymes, so it may have fine bubbles mixed in.
Fermentation may continue.
Natural vitamins and minerals are also preserved.
* Because pollen and other substances are dissolved in it, raw honey may appear cloudy compared to deodorized and decolorized refined honey.
Occasionally, small black specks may be present; these are pollen or other plant and bee-derived materials that were not completely filtered out and do not affect quality.
*Please do not give natural honey to infants under one year of age.*
