This is a disassembled and serviced item.
The internal hydraulic packing and cylinder packing have been replaced.
If there is any wear on the liners, they are replaced without hesitation.
When replacing, the contact surfaces are thoroughly polished with an oil stone.
The amateur motor shows no abnormal sparks or odors.
Oil has been replenished, and there are no leaks.
Other consumables have been checked, carbon brushes checked, wire breakage checked, etc.
Necessary maintenance has been performed.
Parts with defects have been replaced with new ones.

The blade is also in relatively good condition.
It can still be used for a while if rotated.
