They may crack even with slight impact. We cannot offer compensation if they arrive cracked. We will pack them to prevent movement, but they occasionally crack anyway.
We do not ship cracked watermelons. If a watermelon is cracked, the box will be wet, and you may not be able to accept the delivery.
