This item was purchased on Mercari.
The original seller used it once for a wedding, and I used it once for an outdoor pre-wedding photoshoot.
This is a free-size petticoat made of white tulle material with a waist ribbon.
The transparent part for securing the wire was missing from when I purchased it, so I used a zip tie to secure it to an appropriate size. The zip tie will be cut off before shipping and cannot be included, so please prepare your own.
