It is worn under a long dress, such as an A-line dress,
to add volume to the skirt.

It is worn by tying with Velcro and strings at the back.

There are holes at each of the three points where the wires are threaded,
allowing for adjustment of the wire length.
You can slightly adjust the spread (diameter) of the wires.

When packed, it will be rolled up and made small,
so there will be creases on the fabric.

Also, there are no pets or smokers in the household.
