A pleasant balance of light sweetness and acidity spreads through the palate, followed by a moderate bitterness and umami that rounds out the finish.
This sake is carefully brewed using domestic rice and the pure waters of Azumi.

The techniques that won a gold medal at the New Sake Appraisers' Competition are also utilized in the creation of this sake.
