If you are concerned, we offer express shipping or Yamato delivery for an additional fee.

As these are plants, they change daily. There may be some minor scratches or wilting of outer leaves. The plants will be shipped after water has been drained, so there may be some color fading and wrinkles. Clusters may separate during shipping. Please understand the characteristics and risks of succulents. Wrinkles on outer leaves are due to lack of water and will return to normal once the roots absorb water.

Leaves may fall off during shipping. Even if the stem breaks upon arrival, the fallen leaves can be inserted into soil to root, so please understand that these will not be treated as defective items.

Please refrain from purchasing if you are particular or sensitive.
