Coffee Bean Roasting, Artisan Roast Logger Compatible, Thermometer and K-Type Thermocouple Set

This is a thermometer and thermocouple for use with the Artisan coffee roasting logger.
The thermocouple is Type K, 5mm diameter, 10cm length stainless steel sleeve, M8 thread, with a cable length of approximately 170cm.
The thermometer can be connected to a computer and data can be recorded with Artisan.
It can also operate as a standalone thermometer by connecting a portable charger.
While not highly accurate for coffee roasting, it is sufficiently usable.
It has a function to correct deviations from other thermometers.

Artisan Installation
Due to the thermometer driver (CH340), this product is limited to users who can perform tasks such as checking USB serial COM port settings.
Confirmed to work on Windows 10, 11, and Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
We have received reports of it working on Mac book pro / OS Sonoma 14.6.1.
An instruction manual (Windows only) is included.
All items are new, but the thermometer is handmade.
It will not work with IH stoves.

The computer and pot in image 7 are examples of use and are not included in the sale.
The surface of the thermometer case has a rough texture due to the 3D printing process.
Cases where power is not supplied have been confirmed with both-sided Type-C connector cables.
Cables other than Type-A on one side are not recommended.
Note: IH stoves are not supported as they prevent temperature measurement.
