Cat Supplies Set: Electric Wiggling Fish with Collar, Kicker Toy

This is a set of cat toys and a necklace.

The fish toy is the type that flops around when you turn it on.
My cat was scared of it and ended up just batting at it a little before giving up.

The necklace has been used 2-3 times. It's the type you tie to adjust the fit.
There is some fraying.
Please check the photos for the condition.
