Fluffy and voluminous two-layer tulle long skirt pannier

This is a white, long-length petticoat. It's very voluminous with two layers of tulle. No wire is included. The waist is fully elastic. It has a lining and is not see-through.
This is a tulle skirt that can also be worn for weddings. The material has good stiffness and body. I bought it for everyday use, but the length wasn't what I wanted, so I bought something else. It's new with tags removed. Tried on only.

I believe it is in beautiful condition, but as this is a personal inspection, there may be oversights.
Please only consider purchasing if you understand that this is stored in a private home and is a used item. I am easily frightened by nervous and irritable people.
