Dress Black White Petticoat Unused

This is a petticoat from a dress purchased 13 years ago. It's a light white nylon petticoat. It's in beautiful condition as it has been stored away since I bought it.

The top layer of tulle is quite wide, so it gives a lot of volume to dresses and skirts when worn.

The waist is elastic and fastens with a large hook. I gently pulled on it, and it seems to stretch without any problems.
The approximate size is shown in image 6, so please check it. It appears to be a size 9.

Although it is unused, please consider this item only if you understand that it has been stored for a long time.
