30cm White Tulle Petti-skirt
Pannier Length: 30cm Waist: 60-90cm The volume was too much, making the skirt look like a plate, so I cut off one layer around the inside. Since the inside was cut, the cut part is not noticeable when worn. The shape is very beautiful!!
