Please understand that the roasting date may vary slightly from the scheduled date as we roast when the conditions (weather, humidity, etc.) are optimal.

To ensure even roasting, we carefully select and shape the raw leaves to be as uniform as possible before roasting, resulting in a beautiful finished product.

Kuki Hojicha has a particularly wonderful aroma, making it highly recommended for those who want to fully enjoy the fragrance. ^ ^

For use with a teapot:
It's best served piping hot!
Recommended temperature: 95°C
For one serving: 2-3g
Hojicha leaves are light, so they appear to be quite a lot.
When you pour hot water, be careful of the steam and enjoy the aroma! ^ ^

For cold brewing:
Add water after adding the tea leaves.
It takes about 3 hours for proper extraction.
The aroma is less intense with cold brewing compared to hot brewing.
For 1 to 2 liters, use 10g of tea leaves.
