Quoted from the official website below.

A clipboard that combines simplicity and functionality.
■ Design
This is a special order clipboard requested from HIGHTIDE, a company that produces stationery with excellent functionality and design.
This is a bifold clipboard that is convenient when you are out or when there is no table to write on. It is A4 size when unfolded, and features a metal clip to hold documents, an inner pocket, and a ballpoint pen holder. The BEAMS JAPAN logo mark is placed on the surface of the main body in gold foil, and the sticker that evokes retro stationery is also attractive. Even with the prevalence of PCs and tablets, this tool, which combines simplicity and functionality, is supported by business people.

■ Material
Made with a hard board core material and polyvinyl chloride with a leather-like texture. It features a smooth feel that fits comfortably in your hand.
