The main material is our original Airtec1680 fabric, a plain weave of high-strength hollow fibers with excellent tensile strength and tear strength. The hollow structure of the yarn makes it 20% lighter than conventional nylon yarn, resulting in a thick, sturdy 1680 denier fabric that is exceptionally lightweight. To achieve the lightweight and self-standing capabilities essential for business bags, we've adopted a unique construction where the body, bottom, and top gusset are made from a single piece of fabric. The handles are made from custom-produced, rigid nylon tape. By sewing this tape to the front and back panels, the bag can stand on its own without the need for internal stiffeners. Additionally, piping along the zippers helps maintain the bag's shape and makes it easier to open and close.
