Denshi Nasu no Kuroyaki (Black Roasted Eggplant) Powder, Charcoal Toothpaste, Unscented, 50g, 1 Bag
To everyone who has supported us by purchasing our products:
My name is Marumoto Heikichi, and I have been manufacturing Nasuno Kuroyaki (roasted eggplant powder).
I have been making this product in Ehime Prefecture for over 50 years.
I am truly grateful to all the people who have used it during this time.
For over 50 years, I have strived to keep the price the same, hoping that as many people as possible could use it.
However, over the past few decades,
- Raw material costs
- Gas prices
- Electricity prices
- Packaging materials
- Label stickers
All of these prices have increased. Additionally, pots used in the manufacturing process have developed holes or cracked, requiring replacement.
Furthermore, in recent years, the cost of manufacturing materials has risen even more. Considering the difficulty of maintaining current prices and the lack of a successor, along with my own declining physical strength, I regrettably had to consider closing the business.
However, during this time, I received individual messages from people who rely on Nasuno Kuroyaki due to allergies or other reasons, and from parents whose children, who usually resist brushing their teeth, will brush them when using Nasuno Kuroyaki. They expressed their need for the product and asked if I could continue selling it, even in a limited capacity.
With the emergence of collaborators during this period, I decided to continue the business within my capabilities.
Therefore, we have had to increase the price from before, and we would appreciate your understanding.
