Set includes two Nambu iron teapots with different designs and a fan-shaped trivet.
- Set Contents: 2 cast iron teapots, 2 tea strainers, 1 fan-shaped trivet
Thank you for looking.
This is a set of two Nambu iron teapots with enamel coating.
The larger teapot is a traditional Nambu iron teapot from Morioka, Iwate Prefecture (currently Oigen). The smaller one is likely from the same maker, but details are unknown.
Recommended for everyday use as well as for interior decoration.
As you can see in the photos, there are many areas with red discoloration. The inside is smooth and clean, despite some discoloration. There is no box, but they have been kept covered and do not appear to have been used much. However, there is age-related discoloration on the tea strainers and trivet as well. These would be suitable for someone who enjoys maintaining cast iron or for display as interior decor.
