Vibration Foot Refresh Belt

Selling as I am decluttering. Purchased in 2002. I used it a little back then, but it wasn't used much and has been stored since. I just tested it, and the power and operation are fine. The instruction manual is a bit bent. There are some minor pills on the velcro, typical of velcro, but it doesn't affect use. I am looking for buyers who understand that this is a used item. You can use it immediately by wrapping it around your calves. Returns are not accepted. It relieves leg fatigue with fine vibrations in three variations.
