Double Dutch Edam is a variety from the Double Dutch series, bred in the Netherlands based on Japanese hydrangeas.

Flower Color: Starts as a lime green and gradually changes to pink or reddish-purple.
Flower Shape: Features showy double petals, giving it a voluminous appearance.
Blooming Style: Blooms with large flowers while maintaining a compact plant form.
Leaf Characteristics: Dark green, glossy leaves that enhance the beauty of the flowers.
Blooming Period: Approximately May to July.
Cold and Heat Tolerance: Relatively strong, suitable for both pot and garden planting.

Cultivation Tips:
Grows and blooms beautifully in partial shade to bright shade.
Sensitive to drying out, so water thoroughly when the soil surface feels dry.
