This is a harness for dogs.
I purchased it to assist my dog with walking after an injury and used it about twice.
Since I haven't had an opportunity to use it since then, I am selling it.

It is cushioned and solidly constructed,
so it can be used without burdening your dog.
It opens completely with Velcro, making it easy to put on and take off.
It comes with two adjustable length straps for the handles.
Also recommended for use as a walking aid for elderly or disabled dogs.
